AMAYA PROJECT

Amaya is a private mineral exploration project.

It is comprised 2,400 hectares of Mineral Rights located in the Atacama Desert at 3,800 above sea level, 80 km north of the city of Calama, Chile.

The first drilling campaign, indicated a significant potential of hidden mineralization, in the form of a porphyry copper.

The closest mining operations are Minera El Abra (Freeport Mcmorran) at 15 km southeast, and Chonchi mine 22 km southeast. As it is present though the West Fault this could indicate the presence in the area of a porphyry copper cluster.
